Register as a customer

Before you can bid, you need to be logged in. Start by logging in or creating a new customer account if you do not already have one. When you are logged in, you will then be able to bid on any ongoing auctions. Under "My account" (when logged-in, click your initials in the top-right of the screen) you can see your bids, your purchases, order a shipment, see your sales and change your personal settings.

All auctions open for bidding at the same time that they are published on our site and you can follow the progress in real-time until the auction ends and all items are closed.

Place a bid

Click on the item you want to bid on. When you register a bid, it is always a maximum bid (also known as an 'auto-bid', 'commission bid' or 'absentee bid'). This means that every time a new customer bids on the same item as you, the minimum possible bid is placed for you automatically until you reach the maximum bid level you have chosen. If you have the highest bid when the. timer reaches zero, you will win the item.

Here are some examples:

Example 1: The current bid is 4,000 SEK. You place a maximum bid of 5,000 SEK. In this case, the bidding is increased to 4,200 SEK, which is your bid. If no one else is bidding, the auction ends in your favor with a sale price of 4,200 SEK even though your maximum bid is 5,000 SEK.

Example 2: The current bid is 2,000 SEK, which is less than the seller's 'reserve’ price (the lowest amount the seller agrees to sell the item at). In this case the reserve price is (which is never publicly shown) is 4,000 SEK. If you place a maximum bid of 7,000 SEK, this will result in the current bid being increased to 4,000 SEK (i.e the reserve price) which is the lowest price for which you can buy the item. Of course, you are also included in the bidding up to and including 7,000 SEK if required. These bids will be placed for you automatically.

The auction lasts until each and every items has closed. Items only close when the timer shown reaches zero. As long as you have the highest bid and on-screen you can see "reserve price met" when the timer runs out, you will win the item. If, however, any other bids are placed during the final two minutes before an item closes, the timer on that item will automatically extend to two minutes. This is done to protect bidders against 'bid-sniping' and ensure a fair experience for all.


When items are sold, a buyer's premium of 25% (incl. VAT) and a fixed hammer fee of 80 SEK will the added to each individual item. On objects that are affected by the statutory resale right (i.e.. the copyright compensation), an additional fee of 5% is charged on objects with a final price in excess of 2,200 SEK. These items are marked with more information about resale rights when viewed in the catalogue on our site.

Payment

Congratulations! You are the winning bidder and can now pay for your item from the ‘my account’ area, just click your initials in the top-right of the screen when logged-in.

Your purchase must be paid for and picked up or shipping arranged within seven days from the close of the auction. You will find all the information you need in ‘my account'.

You can easily pay directly with a bank card on the website or via the following bank transfer methods:

Swish - please make payment to 123 158 31 29
PlusGiro - please make payment to 194 44 65-2

Please remember to always state the item number and/or payment reference number when making a payment. 

If you pay by PlusGiro, keep in mind that it may take a couple of days before your payment is processed and we can release your purchase.

If shipping is required, this will be charged separately and can also be paid by the same methods above. You are, of course, also welcome to collect your items in-person at our premises. 

Please note that we do not accept cash payment.

Shipping and Pick-up

Now its time to get your purchase home! Please contact us to arrange a time to pick-up your items. If you require your items to be shipped, we willl be happy to assist you.

Please note that delivery requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, storage of items will be charged a 50 SEK per item, per day until all items are cleared. If you require long-term storage, please contact us to arrange an appropriate solution.
